Mt. Rubidoux Memorial Park, Trail / Hike, Riverside, CA 2008

Mount Rubidoux Memorial Park has a wonderful climb / hike 2 miles up to Father Serra's Cross and the American Flag at the peak / plateau. The road up is paved and there are various spots to rest along the way, such as large rocks to sit on, or comfortable benches. Entrance is free! Bring your own water! Doggie Poop bags are provided at the entrance! It is located in the city of Riverside, California, off Mission Avenue and the Santa Ana River Trail. Hours: sunset to dusk.
