Resolved Question: know of any auto body schools?

I would like to get into auto body restoration and want to learn how to paint and weld all the schools that I personally know about are far away from my home such as wyo tech in long beach ca or universal technical institute in sacremento ca i live in riverside county of california so I am trying to find out if there are any schools closer to me that have an auto body tech program with hands on trainning ive looked into penn foster but i still dont understand how i am suppose to learn welding and painting from a book if its all self taught work?? can anybody help please...
