Resolved Question: How to go about getting married at a courthouse in Riverside County, Ca?

I'm a little confused on how the whole thing works. I think for right now I wanna get married in a courthouse because it's easy and cheap but how do I go about doing it? I understand there's a $68 fee for the marriage license but does the $68 cover my fiance and I or do we both pay $68? And then once we get it, do we pay again when we do the ceremony at a courthouse or is it all one fee? And for the ceremony am I able to have a priest? Or what if I wanted to get married in a church?
